Once ordered, request for cancellations or replacement of orders duly placed on the website shall not be entertained.GAMES BABA may refund or replace only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition. Faulty or damaged software, cases as well as hardware must be returned within 3 days from the date of product delivered but with a prior intimation of such via email to commercial@gamesbaba.in


An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition 

- Has missing parts or accessories

- Is different from what was ordered


Item will be considered damaged only incase of inner product being broken and/ dented. Item will not be replaced if the box is not in mint condition.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturerís box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery, post which the item cannot be exchanged/ returned.


In case you receive incorrect product for which you havenít ordered, it has to be return in its original packing to us. After investigating such cases, correct product will be dispatched. Rights reserved with GAMES BABA. and it may take longer duration to settle.

Company provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged condition, after investigation.


For PC games, kindly be aware of the high systems requirements before making of its purchase as there are no refunds or returns possible for PC games.


 

Refund will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to same account which you used during the transaction. For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time as per bankís standard time frame which is approximately 8-10 business days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided. For non-delivered items, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
